Mistral AI, a Paris-based frontier AI lab, is hiring research engineers to work on large language model training and deployment infrastructure. As a fast-growing international AI company, Mistral AI sponsors visas (including the Talent Passport / EU Blue Card route) for engineering and research hires.
What you'll do: contribute to training infrastructure and research for large-scale language models; work closely with research scientists on experiments and evaluation; help scale distributed training systems.
What we're looking for: strong software engineering skills in Python (and ideally systems languages), experience with large-scale ML training infrastructure, and genuine interest in frontier AI research.
