UK-EU Visa Sponsors ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), and country.
• Application data: the jobs you apply to and your application status.
• Resume data: content you provide to the resume builder, or files you upload.
• Payment records: amount, currency, and provider reference for resume generation purchases. We never store card details ourselves.

Why we collect it

To operate your account, let you apply to sponsored roles, generate and store resumes you request, and process the one paid feature on this platform (ATS resume generation).

Your rights

You can export a copy of your data or request account deletion at any time from your privacy settings. You also have the right to rectification, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (the ICO in the UK).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and — only with your consent — a small number of analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Data retention

We retain account and application data for as long as your account is active, and payment records for as long as required by law. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
