Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Care Assistant for one of its Leeds homes, supporting residents with daily living, personal care, and companionship as part of a stable, established care team. What you'll do: assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, and mobility; support residents' social and emotional wellbeing; work closely with nursing and senior care staff. What we're looking for: some experience caring for older people is preferred, a genuine, patient approach, and good communication skills. Full training is provided.
