Bluebird Care's Gateshead franchise is hiring a Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide home care visits to clients in their own homes across the local area, supporting independent living. What you'll do: visit clients in their own homes to support personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks; build consistent, trusted relationships with the same clients over time; record care delivered accurately for each visit. What we're looking for: a full UK driving licence is usually required for community-based visits; care experience is an advantage but full training is provided; a genuinely caring, reliable approach.
