Agincare, a confirmed UK Visas & Immigration Licensed Sponsor, is hiring Live-in Care Assistants to support clients across England, living in the client's home for placements of typically several weeks at a time. Accommodation and a food allowance are provided during placements. What you'll do: provide round-the-clock care and companionship to a single client in their own home; support personal care, medication, mobility, and daily routines; work in rotation with other live-in carers to allow regular time off. What we're looking for: a qualification in a health and social care related subject, or experience as a healthcare assistant or nurse; at least a year of relevant clinical or care experience; strong spoken English. A note on sponsorship: since the Care Worker and Senior Care Worker visa route closed to new overseas applicants on 22 July 2025, sponsorship for this role is only available to candidates who are already in the UK with eligible immigration status — for example, an existing care worker looking to switch sponsor, or someone on another visa route such as Graduate.
