Guy's and St Thomas' is recruiting Band 5 registered nurses across adult medical and surgical wards. Like every NHS Trust, it holds its own Home Office sponsor licence and is a cap-exempt sponsor, meaning it routinely issues Certificates of Sponsorship for the Health and Care Worker visa without the salary-threshold restrictions private employers face.
What you'll do: deliver direct patient care on a ward rotation; work within a multidisciplinary clinical team; support newly-qualified and international colleagues as part of a large, established nursing workforce.
What we're looking for: NMC registration (or eligibility to register — the Trust supports OSCE preparation for internationally-trained nurses), and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care. Relocation and pastoral support is provided for international recruits.
