HC-One, the UK's largest care home provider (290+ homes), is hiring a Registered Nurse for one of its Bristol homes. HC-One has run an international nurse recruitment programme since 2018, supporting relocation, OSCE preparation, and NMC registration for overseas-qualified nurses — its current programme specifically supports nurses, and (per HC-One's own current guidance) only accepts applications from candidates who are already inside the UK.
What you'll do: lead clinical care within a care home setting, including medication management and care planning; supervise care assistants; liaise with GPs and other healthcare professionals on residents' care.
What we're looking for: NMC registration (or in the final stages of registration/OSCE), and nursing experience — care home or acute setting.
