Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK's largest care home groups (200+ homes), is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for one of its Birmingham homes, leading a shift team and supporting residents' daily care needs, medication administration, and care planning. What you'll do: lead and support a team of care assistants on shift; administer medication (subject to training/competency); build relationships with residents and families; support new starters and delegate tasks. What we're looking for: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care, and experience leading or supporting a care team.
