Care UK, a major national care home and healthcare services provider, is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for one of its Nottingham homes, taking a lead role on shift and supporting more junior care staff.
What you'll do: lead shifts and coordinate care delivery; support residents with complex care needs; mentor and support junior care assistants; contribute to care plan reviews.
What we're looking for: NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it) in Health & Social Care, and prior senior/lead care experience.
